Regular dental check-ups let our dentists spot and treat problems early — from decay to gum disease and oral-health concerns. Most adults are seen every 6–12 months.

Regular check-ups at Rise Park Smile Centre help keep your teeth and gums healthy and let us catch small problems early, while they’re usually simpler and cheaper to put right. At your examination the dentist looks over your teeth, gums and soft tissues and may take X-rays if they’re needed — all of which falls under NHS Band 1 (£27.90).
Most adults are seen every six to twelve months, depending on how healthy your mouth is; children and anyone more prone to decay may be seen a little more often. Keeping up with routine visits is one of the simplest ways to avoid the toothache and last-minute emergency trips that catch so many people out.

On the NHS, this is a Band 1 treatment — £27.90.
Band 1 covers: Check-up, diagnosis, X-rays, scale & polish. Whatever treatment you receive within a single band, you pay just one charge per course of treatment.
